高校师范生教育实践能力培养的调查研究

Research on the Educational Practice Ability of Students of Normal Universities

师范生的教育实践能力是衡量师范生是否具备良好素质的标志,是教师职后专业发展的重要基础,是影响基础教育质量的重要因素。在师范生教育实践能力的培养中主要存在三个层面的问题:一是社会层面,二是学校层面,三是师范生个体层面。可以从调整师范生教育实践能力培养中的理论知识和实践锻炼之间的比例;丰富和创新师范生教育实践能力培养的方式;健全学校实习制度;严格课程实施,加强课程与实际生活的联系;严格师范生教育实践能力的考查和考核;强化师范生自身教育实践能力培养的主体意识,提高师范生自身教育实践能力培养的主动性六个方面解决学校和师范生自身层面的问题。

The educational practice ability of normal students is a symbol of whether they have good qualities which normal students should have.And it is an important stage of the post-professional development of teachers,and an important factor to measure the quality of elementary education.There are problems of three different levels from the social dimension,from the school level and from individual level of the normal students.The following suggestions are made to solve the above problems：adjusting the proportion of the students＇ theory and practice,enriching and innovating thetraining mode of their educational practice ability,improving school internship system,implementing the curriculum rigorously,strengthening the curriculum and real-life communication,checking the educational practice ability of normal students strictly and strengthening their own initiative consciousness of training educational practice ability.
