研究生作为社会的高层次人才,它的培养模式深刻影响着本国的政治、经济、军事、文化等方面的发展。但目前中国"严进宽出"的研究生培养模式还存在一定的缺陷,需要进行教育改革。而"宽进严出"的研究生培养模式正是世界经济实力排名前几名的国家不约而同的选择,对中国往"宽进严出"的研究生培养模式迈进具有非常重要的借鉴意义。

As the training mode of postgraduates,who are high-level talents of the society,has significant impact on the political,economic,military and cultural development of the country,the stringent entry,lenient exit policy of postgraduates training mode in China has some shortcomings,and needs to be reformed.The lenient entry,stringent exit policy of postgraduates training mode adopted by the economic powers in the world can provide a lot of enlightenment for the improvement of the training mode in China.
