摘要 本科生导师制尊重学生个性,注重学生的全面发展和综合素质与能力的培养,真正实现了以人为本、教书育人、教学相长的教育理念,是目前高校本科生教育与管理的一种理想形式。本科生导师制的实施,已经取得了一定成效,同时也出现了一些问题,如师资、评价、考核与激励机制等问题,需要及时加以解决。今后,应继续深入推进本科生导师制,加强实践,及时总结经验,并采取切实措施解决制约导师制发展的问题和矛盾,使本科生导师制取得更大的发展和突破。 Currently the undergraduate tutorial system is an ideal form of the undergraduate management and education,which respects the student's personality,and lay emphasis on the overall development,comprehensive quality and ability training.It is truly a people-centered teaching philosophy which can benefit both teachers and students.Up to now,though the implementation of undergraduate tutorial system has achieved some success,some problems have arisen such as the shortage of the teacher,the less developed evaluation assessment system and incentive mechanisms and so on,which need to be solved immediately.In the future,the undergraduate tutorial system needs to be further boosted and reinforced,the implementation experiences need to be duly summed up and the feasible solutions to the problems and contradictions also need be executed for further development and breakthroughs.
