应用化学专业学生的培养和教育,除了使其具有丰厚的理论知识外,更应该加强和充实其实践能力。生产实习是培养应用化学专业学生实践能力和创新意识必不可少的重要环节,是培养应用型人才的重要途径。只有进一步深化教学改革:一是革新实习计划和教学内容,二是建设稳定强劲的实习指导教师队伍,三是建立对口、稳定的实习基地,四是严格量化考核过程,才能培养满足社会发展要求的具有适应能力强、创新意识高和思维敏感的复合型应用专业技术人才。

The training and education for applied chemistry students should make them be cultivated with rich theoretical knowledge,and,more importantly,great ability of practice.And the production practice which is absolutely necessary in training these students＇ practical ability and innovative consciousness is an important way to cultivate applied talents.Only by reforming the practice plan and teaching contents,stabilizing the qualified teaching group,establishing a suited,fixed practice base and implementing the measures of quantitative evaluation for the process of practice can we deepen the teaching reform to cultivate the inter-disciplinary applied professional technical personnel with the strong suitability,high consciousness of innovation and sensitive thinking to meet the requirements of social development.
