摘要
加拿大和中国的高等职业院校都是以培养学生的高级职业技能为目标的,校企合作是两国高职院校共同强调的手段。通过对加拿大和我国高等职业院校校企合作对接状况的比较,发现我国高职院校的人才培养在与企业对接环节中可以借鉴很多国外的经验做法:如根据企业对人才的需求层次,设置层次化的人才培养方案;设置专门的校企沟通机构;加强双师结构和双师素质的教师团队;提高企业的合作积极性等来快速提高我国高职院校的校企合作效果。
Both vocational colleges in Canada and China focus on the practical skills training of students and emphasize the co-operation with companies.After a comparative study of how professional talents cultivation in colleges meets company＇s requirements,we have found out that colleges in China can learn from their advantageous practices.We can design programs of different levels,set up a specialized cooperation centre,design a appropriate structure of teachers,form dual-qualified teaching staff and motivate companies to cooperate to improve the cooperation between colleges and companies.
