摘要
以秀丽线虫作为研究体内抗衰老作用的模型生物,研究槲皮素抗衰老作用及其机制。通过对秀丽线虫上进行的寿命分析实验、生殖能力测试和压力应激测试所得指标,探讨槲皮素延缓线虫衰老的作用机理。结果表明,高剂量的槲皮素组能显著延长线虫的平均寿命和最大寿命百分率分别为35.97%、20%(p<0.001),对其生殖能力没有损害。提高线虫的压力应激能力是槲皮素延缓线虫衰老的作用机理之一。
Caenorhabditis elegans was selected as our experimental model to study the anti-aging effect and mechanism of quercetin.The lifespan and fecundity of Caenorhabditis elegans were determined to investigate influence of quercetin,and the survival time under the stress conditions was also measured.The results showed that quercetin could significantly improve the mean and maximum lifespan of C.elegans(p0.001) by 35.97% and 20% respectively,and little effect on its reproductive capacity.It was inferred that quercetin might improve the stress resistance of C.elegans,thus delaying its age.
