Study of Supply Chain Coordination Based on Uncertain Market Demand and Uncertainty Production

基于生产不确定和市场需求不确定分析供应链的协调问题。重点分析了供应商的生产决策和销售商最优订货量之间的关系,供应商的利润如何随着二级市场价格的变化而变化,特别是二级市场的销售与采购价格比例如何影响供应商的最优生产量与销售商的最优订货量之间的比例关系。研究表明供应商的最优生产决策与销售商的最优订货量有非线性正相关,且供应商的利润随着二级市场销售与采购价格比例的增大而呈急剧增加。

Analysis of the supply chain coordination which based on production uncertainty and the market demand uncertainty.The paper analyzes the relationship between the production decisions of supplier＇s and the retail＇s optimal order quantity.With the secondary market price to change,how the supplier＇s profit to change,particularly how the ratio between the secondary market buy price and sell price influence the optimal order quantity and the optimal production.The results show that the relationship between the supplier＇s optimal production decision and the retail＇s optimal order quantity is nonlinear positive correlation.With the increasing of the ratio between the supplier＇s optimal production decision and the retail＇s optimal order quantity,the profits of suppliers rapidly increase.
