摘要
模块化服务平台设计是服务设计与创新的关键方法,然而企业在设计模块化服务平台时要么模块化不足,要么模块化过头,结果导致战略失误。针对这一问题,结合案例分析方法,提出了四层模块化服务平台概念模型,并在此基础上构建了服务平台模块化程度的函数解析模型。该模型基于产品结构的层次分析方法,定量化地计算每一层模块化程度的关键参数,并利用敏感度函数评价特质服务件和服务平台模块化程度之间的变化规律。研究结果表明,应用这两种模型可帮助企业比较、模拟并预测服务设计与创新对企业未来服务体系的影响,有利于企业持续开发创新型服务产品,满足客户多样化需求,提升组织竞争力。
Modularity service platform design is crucial to service design and innovation,however,enterprises in the design of Service platform either under-modularity or over-modularity resulting in strategic mistakes.Two sets of approaches are developed that further our understanding and support decision making.First is a 4L conceptual model for modular service platform that allows organizations to design current system.Second,the article develops a mathematical model indicating the degree of modularity deriving from unique services.Based on BOM,quantitative calculation of the modular degree through each layer and applying the sensitivity function to measuring the amount of decrease in service modularity associated with an increase in the number of unique services.The results showed that two types of models could allows managers and researchers to compare,simulate,and predict the implications of service design and development on future generations of modular architectures,helping companies continue to develop innovative services,and to meet the diverse needs of customers,as well as to gain sustainable competitive advantage.
