摘要
采用两个创业情景决策实验,考察创业知识转化模式的前因变量。结果表明:①创业失败导致创业者更多地使用"探索性"的经验-知识转化模式;②创业经验度减少探索性行为,表现出学习的路径依赖效应;③创业者必须先打破自己先前对创业决策的基本预期,或对自己的基本假设提出质疑,则探索性行为才有可能发生。④如果创业失败中关键事件是高不可预测性的,那么创业者在下一轮的决策中将会做出更多的调整,就商业模式决策来讲,他们将会改变公司在网络价值方面的安排,以及更改自己的盈利模式。
Using two entrepreneurial decision-making scenarios,this study explores the antecedent variables for entrepreneurial knowledge transfer model.The results showed that：① business failures lead to more use of the entrepreneur＂exploratory＂ experience-Knowledge Transfer mode;② failures reduce the degree of exploratory entrepreneurial behaviors,showing a certain path-dependence effect;③ in advance,entrepreneurs must break their previous expectations of those basic entrepreneurial decisions,or else,the exploratory behaviors can not occur.④ the more unpredictable of key events which led to failure,the more likely the entrepreneurs will make further adjustments in the next round of decision-making,taking the decision-making of business model is concerned,they will change the company＇s value in the network arrangements,and change their own profit model.
