摘要
在小型固定床反应器上采用β沸石催化剂催化多异丙苯和苯的烷基转移反应,研究了不同改性β沸石催化剂对烷基转移反应的影响。结果表明,改性β沸石催化剂中催化剂A-1的烷基转移性能最好。在此基础上,考察了温度对改性催化剂催化性能的影响,随着温度的提高,多异丙苯的转化率迅速增加,但正丙苯含量也相对较高。因此,烷基转移反应应选择适宜的温度。
It was studied that the effect of various kinds of modified β zeolites for transalkylation reaction between benzene and poly-isopropylbenzene(PIPB) in a bench scale fixed bed reactor. The results showed that catalyst A-l, one of the modified β zeolites, was provided with the best performance in transalkylation. On this basis, the influence of temperature on the catalyst A-I was investigated, percent conversion of PIPB increasing rapidly with the temperatures of rising, but content of the n-propylbenze was relatively high. Therefore, the appropriate temperature should be chosen in the transalkylation reaction.
