摘要
以过硫酸钾作引发剂,N-(1-萘基)马来酰亚胺(N-NPMI)和苯乙烯(St)为原料,采用细乳液聚合法合成了N-NPMI/St共聚物,研究了原料配比、引发剂用量、反应时间、温度等工艺条件对产品收率的影响。用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、热分析仪、乌式黏度计对共聚物进行了表征。实验结果表明,合成N-NPMI/St共聚物的最佳工艺条件是n(N-NPMI)/n(St)为1:2,反应温度为75℃,引发剂过硫酸钾用量为5.5mmol/L,乳化剂十二烷基硫酸钠用量为9.9mmol/L,反应时间为3.5h。
The copolymer of N-l-naphthylmaleimide (N-NPMI) and styrene (St) was synthesized by miniemulsion polymerization, potassium persulfate as the initiator. It was investigated that the product yield was depened on the technological parameters, such as proportion of the materials, use level of the initiator, reaction time. The copolymer was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrascopy, thermal gravimetric analyser and Ukraine-viscometer. The results showed that the optimum conditions for synthesis of N-NPMI and St copolymer were n(N-NPMI)/n (St)=l:2, 75℃ of the reaction temperature, 5.5 mmol/L of initiator, 9.9 mmol/L of sodium dodecyl sulfate as the emulsifying agent,and the reaction time for 3.5 h.
