智能超声波液位开关在油罐中的应用

Application of Intelligent Ultrasonic Controller for Liquid Level in Oil Tank

根据《石油化工企业设计防火规范》的要求,可燃液体储罐应设有高液位报警器。采用智能超声波液位开关对油罐液位进行安全监控,能有效解决油罐安装液位开关时需开孔、动火的难题,同时将液位开关的安装位置设在油罐安全高度以下,有利于液位开关的高效使用和故障判断。

Based on the 《design of petrochemical enterprise fire safety rules》, the alarm for high limit level must be provided in tank with flammable liquid. That the intelligent ultrasonic controller for liquid level is applied, there is no use of fire and punching for installation of it. The position of the controller is on the safety of the tank and benefit of its application in high efficiency and faults estimated.
