A Behavioral Economic Study of the Decision-Making in Enterprise Undertaking

摘要 在评析行为经济学的基础上,对个体创业决策进行行为学分析,强调创业决策行为是在不确定性条件下决策行为。本文建立一个包含参考点、参照对象和损失规避的行为经济学框架,以现状及其禀赋水平为参考点,决策选择并借助于参照对象对决策收益评估、损失规避推动改变现状的决策,并在此基础上分析创业决策行为机制,最后依据创业行为决策的经济行为学机制提出针对参考点和参照对象选择等政策建议。 Based on a review of Behavioral Economics,the paper presents a behavioral economic analysis framework of individual decision-making in enterprise undertaking,emphasizes the decisions are characterized by reference point,reference dependence effect and loss-aversion effect.Meanwhile analyzes differences in attribution effect and endowment effect.Based on these characteristics,finally some recommendations are made.
