摘要
采用模糊数学隶属函数分析齿面波纹度、粗糙度两种成分的交融性,及二者几何参数分界线的模糊性,并将二者定量分离。通过实验,对不同切齿工艺过程中形成的齿面几何特征进行分析,有效分离和评定齿面波纹度成分,研究其对齿面使用性能的影响。研究证明,齿面粗糙度数值增大,其波纹度也增大;齿面粗糙度数值的大小对波纹度有着直接的影响。这种方法完全打破了传统的、仅用数值分离表面粗糙度和表面波纹度的方法,为降低齿面波纹度、寻求齿面合理的加工规范、确保产品质量提供理论依据。
One of the critical factors which affects tooth flank quality is tooth flank waviness.The tooth flank roughness is carried on the information of tooth flank waviness error,thus some interfering information of the roughness is always left in the obtained component of tooth flank waviness.The membership function of fuzzy mathematics was applied to analyze the blend of the two components between the tooth flank waviness and roughness and the fuzziness of the boundary between the two geometrical parameters,and also to separate them quantitatively.This method realized complete breakthrough over the traditional one that only adopts numerical value to separate surface roughness and surface waviness.Through experiments,with the analysis of the geometrical properties of the tooth flank resulted from the varied techniques of gear cutting,the component of waviness was separated and evaluated effectively and its impacts on the operational performance of tooth flank was studied;With the increase of the value of tooth flank roughness,the value of tooth flank waviness increased,namely,the value of tooth flank roughness had direct effects on the waviness.This study provided the theoretical evidence for decreasing the value of the tooth flank waviness,working out the proper machining standard for the tooth flank,and ensuring the product quality.
