摘要
利用CRUISE软件对TY4250半挂牵引车进行了建模,并对其动力性和燃油经济性进行了模拟仿真和计算分析;结合试验结果,验证了TY4250半挂牵引车CRUISE模型的正确性。然后利用CRUISE软件建立了TY4250汽车列车的整车模型,利用多学科优化设计软件ISIGHT对传动系参数进行DOE分析,对相应参数进行优化,使TY4250汽车列车的整车性能得到了明显的改善,为同类车型的动力匹配提供一定的参考。
TY4250 tractor was modeled using CRUISE software to simulate and analyze its dynamic porformance and fuel economy.The validity of the model was proved by fest results.The entire vehicle model of TY4250 combination vehicles was also established using CRUISE software.DOE analysis was conducted to optimize the parameters of powertrain system using ISIGHT software,so as to significantly improve the entire vehicle performance of TY4250 combination vehicles and provide reference for the dynamic matching of the tractors of the same kind.
