以Kla值优化L-谷氨酸发酵的供氧条件

摘要 以Kla(体积溶氧系数)值为重要参考对黄色短杆菌进行了分批补料发酵过程中有关供氧条件的研究。在10L台式发酵罐中进行补料分批发酵,当Kla为377 h-1左右时,供氧比较适宜,可发酵产生130g/LL-谷氨酸。 The oxygen supply of L-glutamic acid fermentation was optimized by Kla value.The research indicated that when the Kla value was about 377 h-1,the oxygen supply was most suitable for the fermentation and 130g/L L-glutamic acid was accumulated.
