Ergonomic Optimization of sweeper's interior space based on RAMSIS

对清扫车驾驶室内空间的人机工程进行校核和优化,有利于改善驾驶员的工作环境,提高工作效率和安全性。利用人机工程学的理论和方法,以RAMSIS软件为支撑,研究了中国人体模型在清扫车驾驶室内的空间布置,分别进行了伸及性、操纵力、舒适性和视野的分析,并对设计的不足之处进行了调整优化。

The check and optimization of the sweeper＇s interior space conduce to improve driver＇s working condition,work efficiency and security. The theory and methods of ergonomic engineering are fully made use of, as the support of softwareRAMSIS, in research of the spatial arrangement that Chinese mannequin is in sweeper＇s interior space, teachability, operating force, riding comfort and visual field are respectively analysed, and deficiencies of the design are also adjusted and optimized.
