摘要
梳棉作为棉条的成形工序对条子质量及最终成纱质量都起着极为重要的影响。梳理元件(主要包括固定梳理元件和回转盖板)将纤维束分梳成单纤维,并使其在机器上呈定向排列。一般在开始生产前需要对工艺参数进行设置和调整。但是生产过程中,梳理隔距一般不再调节。因此从技术上说,不但需要能够检测,同时也需要对工艺参数进行在线控制和调节。
The carding process has a major influence on the sliver quality and the resulting yarn characteristics because it is the first sliver forming process step.Carding elements(mainly stationary carding elements and revolving flat bars) open the fiber flocks to single fibers and orient them in the machine direction.The process settings are chosen and adjusted before starting production.While producing sliver,no adjustment of the carding gaps are conducted.Therefore,there is a need for a technology which not only detects,but also online controls,influences and improves the process settings.
