摘要
现有的高机号织袜机最高转速可达1500r/min。但是由于织机在高转速和喂纱速度下会产生一系列质量问题,这一潜能往往无法实现。特别是开机和停机时,喂纱系统也会产生细微干扰,编织处于可控状态是非常困难的。描述了小型圆机上优化纱线喂入的方法。在实际生产中能提高织机转速、改善产品质量,进而提高生产效率。
In the area of fine gauge hosiery,machines are available that can operate up to speed of 1 500 r/min.This potential is often not utilized because of quality problems occurring on such high machine and yarn speeds.Especially at the start and stop of the machines,and also due to the small disturbances in the yarn feeding system,it is difficult to maintain controlled conditions.This paper describes an approach to optimize the yarn feeding system on small circular knitting machines.The practical implications of this procedure lead to higher productivity through higher machine speed and better quality of the produced fabrics.
