摘要
从吸附条件和吸附动力学两方面研究了阳离子交换膜对阳离子红X-GTL的吸附情况,比较了不同条件下阳离子交换膜的吸附和解吸性能。结果表明,吸附过程主要发生在前20 min,符合伪二级动力学模型,用Langmuir吸附模型能更好地描述吸附过程;染料溶液中加入无机盐Na2SO4对吸附有一定影响,用无水乙醇和氯化钠水溶液来解吸,则解吸率可达94%以上,且该阳离子交换膜的重复利用性很好。
The adsorption and desorption performance of Cationic Red X-GTL on cationic exchange membrane are studied. The adsorption of Cationic Red X-GTL on cationic exchange membrane is investigated from the points of adsorption conditions and adsorption kinetics. The adsorption and desorption performances of cationic exchange membrane under different conditions are compared. The results show that the adsorption processes occurs mainly in the first 20 minutes and it comply with the pseudo- second dynamics model. Langmuir adsorption model can well describe adsorption processes. The addition of inorganic salt Na2SO4 in the dye solution has certain influence on the adsorption. The desorption rate can reach above 94% using the mixture of ethanol, water and sodium chloride solution, and the cationic exchange membrane can be reused.
