低温练漂是棉针织前处理的主要发展方向之一。通过探讨影响低温练漂效果的工艺参数,分析低温工艺在染色效果方面与常规工艺的差异,给出了低温练漂的推荐工艺。结果表明,低温练漂工艺各项指标可以满足后续加工的需求,染色效果理想,节能、降耗、减排效果显著。

Low-temperature scouring and bleaching is the main developing process in pretreatment of cotton knitted fabric. The differences of dyeing results between low temperature process and normal process are discussed, and energy consumption indexes are analyzed. The results show that the semi-product of low-temperature scouring and bleaching process can meet the needs of downstream process. The effect of energy conservation and emission reduction is remarkable.
