摘要
蒸汽供热过程中产生的高温凝结水约含2.0%的蒸汽显热,对其进行回收再利用,不仅有利于节能,也能避免输汽管道和阀门的损伤。文中从降低供汽湿度、输汽管道和用汽设备中凝结水、蒸汽疏水阀的应用和凝结水回收系统等方面进行了阐述。
High temperature condensate produced during steam heating process contains about 2.0% sensible heat of steam. Its recycling is not only beneficial to energy conservation, but also avoids the damage to steam pipes and valves. The paper is described from the aspects of lowering humidity of steam, condensate in steam pipes and equipment, application of vapor trap, and condensate recovery system etc .
