摘要
分析了纺织设备电子元件因过热而损坏的原因,对电气控制柜风冷散热方式在设计中要重点考虑的问题进行了探讨,介绍了散热系统改造的实例,改造后控制框内灰尘减少,温度降低,死机、元件损坏现象明显减少。
The damage reason of overheated electronic component on textile equipment was analyzed, and the key problem to consider in the design process of the cabinet cooling controlled by electrics was discussed. The example of changing cooling system was introduced. After change, the dust of control box significantly reduced, with low temperature and less phenomenon of cash and component damage.
