摘要
从失效螺栓断口宏观特征、化学成分、力学性能、金相组织以及显微硬度检测等方面对其分析,结果是螺栓表面存在的部分脱碳层成为疲劳源,在交变应力作用下最终导致螺栓断裂失效。
By means of macroscopical rupture analysis,materials,mechanical properties,chemical composition,metallographic structure and micro hardness,the results showed that the surface decarburization was the reason of fatigue crack fountain,crosshead binder bolt fractured under the fatigue alternating stress.
