摘要
随着外商投资企业在我国境内开办的越来越多，伴随其发展所暴露出来的法律问题也越来越多，很大一部分源于我们对外商投资企业所采取的限制或鼓励政策。
The more the foreign-funded enterprises open in our country ,the more legal problems will show along with its development.Most of the problems belong to the restrictive and supportive policies to the foreign-funded enterprises.The way to solve this problem is to carry out the national treatment to them.
