On the employment-oriented mode of cultivating college students' intercourse ability

针对大学生就业难的现状及其成因,阐述了"以就业为导向"实施交际英语教学的必要性,并在建构主义理论的指导下,提出了具体的解决方案。

Aiming at college students＇ difficulties in employment and the causes,this paper discusses the necessity of cultivating college students＇ intercourse ability with the job-oriented mode and presents the solutions under the direction of constructivism.
