高校图书馆文献服务中的著作权保护探讨

Exploration of the Copyright Protection In the University Library Information Services

针对高校图书馆文献服务过程中所涉及到的著作权保护问题,主要包括馆藏文献数字化、虚拟馆藏、数据库建设,文献服务以及技术软件问题,逐一展开分析,最后提出解决上述问题的对策。

This paper presents the problems of the copyright protection involved in the process of the information services of the university digital library,mainly including collections digitalization,virtual collections,database building,information services,and technical software,and then analyzes them one by one.At the end,the solution to the copyright protection in the university library information services is proposed.
