摘要
文章从实践入手,以EAP定义为基础,结合图书馆实际情况,设计出图书馆员职业倦怠EAP干预三级指标体系,明确EAP操作流程,期望通过确定的指标和流程来提升EAP的实际操作效果,较好地改善图书馆员职业倦怠危机,改善图书馆人力资源管理水平。
With the situation of libraries,started from the practice and based on the EAP,this article have designed a system of three levels of EAP intervention to guiding the operation of EAP.We look forward to using these indicators and procedures to increase the practical effect of EAP and reduce librarian's fatigue,finally,to improve the level of human resource management.
