摘要
满意度是对一种服务的感觉状态。图书馆满意度研究是为了更好地为读者服务,更好地发挥图书馆的功能。文章对读者满意度和员工满意度的内涵进行了剖析,对如何提高两者的满意度提出了自己的看法。
Satisfaction is the feeling state of a kind of service.Library satisfaction research is to better service readers,give better play to library's function.In this paper,intension of readers' satisfaction and employees' satisfaction is discussed,and then proposed author's own view on how to improve the satisfaction of both.
