癫痫发作与脑脊液中氨基酸类神经递质含量变化的关系 被引量:5

摘要 采用高效液相色谱仪荧光法测定癫痫全面性大发作及复杂部分性发作患者脑脊液中谷氨酸(Glu)、甘氨酸(Gly)、γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)的含量。全面性大发作患者的Glu、Gly含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而GABA较对照组无显著差异;复杂部分性发作患者的Glu、Gly、GABA含量较对照组显著增加(P<0.05)。从而说明Glu是诱发癫痫发作的主要兴奋性神经递质,而GABA有阻仰中枢神经元异常放电的作用,减缓癫痫的发作。 The concentrations of glutamate (Glu), glycine (Gly),γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) of general epilepsy patients and partial complex epilepsy patients were determined by using HPLC fluorescence method. The levels of Glu and Gly in CSF of general epilepsy patients were significantly higher than in control group (P<0. 05), but the level of GABA was not significantly different. The concentrations of Glu, Gly, GABA in CSF of partial complex epilepsy patients were obviously higher than in control group (P < 0. 05 ). It is suggested that Glu is the principal excitatory neurotransmitter inducing epileptic seizures, but GABA suppresses abnormal nervous discharge of central neurons, and reduces epileptic seizures.
