Combining the Plan of Regional Knowledge Innovation,Pushing the Development and Utility of Shallow Geothermal Energy

浅层地热能的开发利用对实现节能减排、建设国家创新型城区具有重要的战略意义。本文结合杨浦区规划编制情况,对杨浦区浅层地热能开发利用的历史、总体条件及探索实践进行了概述分析,并提出了完善浅层地热能开发利用政策机制的具体建议。

Development and utilization of shallow geothermal energy has important strategic significance in the implementation of energy conservation and emission reduction and the construction of innovative district.This paper briefly analyzed the history,overall conditions and practices of the development and utilization of shallow geothermal energy in Yangpu District with the plan situation of Yangpu District.And this paper forwarded the suggestions to perfect the policy of development and utilization of shallow geothermal energy.
