摘要
为探索脑缺血再灌注损伤的发生与肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)和细胞粘附分子(ICAM)之间的关系,用线栓法复制脑缺血再灌注模型,观察不同再灌注时程脑组织内TNF和ICAM的表达。结果发现TNF和ICAM表达高峰分别出现在再灌注后12h和24h,与对照组相比差异显著。提示TNF与ICAM参与了脑缺血再灌注继发的损伤过程。
To investigate the relationship between the expression of tumor necrosis factor (TNF) and intracellular adhesion molecular (ICAM) and the development of the cerebral ischemic reperfusion injury. The model of cerebral ischemc reperfusion in rat was developed by thread embolism method to observe the expression of TNF and ICAM in cerebral tissue at different reperfusion time points. It was found that the peak of TNF and ICAM expression occurred on the 12th h and 24th h after reperfusion with the difference bing significant as compared with in the control group, respectively. It was suggested that TNF and ICAM might be involved in the secondary injury of cerebral ischemic reperfusion
