高渗环境对原代培养海马星状胶质细胞存活率的影响

摘要 为了观察海马星状胶质细胞在不同浓度高晶体-高胶体渗透压混合液中细胞存活率的变化,将原代培养大白鼠胚胎的海马星状胶质细胞暴露于不同浓度混合液后测其细胞存活率。结果发现:暴露于不同浓度混合液15min后,其细胞存活率在15min、60min、1d和7d时分别与实验前及同一时刻的对照组相比,均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。提示高晶体-高胶体渗透压混合液对海马星状胶质细胞的生存并无消极作用。 In order to observe the changes in cell survival of hippocampal astrocytes after exposure to different concentrations of hypertonic-hyperoncotic solution, primary cultured rat embryo hippocampal astrocytes were exposured to different concentrations of hypertonic-hyperoncotic solution for 15 min. The results showed that the cell survival of hippocampal astrocytes at 15 min, 60 min, 1 day and 7days was not significantly changed after exposure to hypertonic-hyperoncotic solution. These results demonstrated that hypertonic-hyperoncotic solution had no negative effect on cell survival of hippocampal astrocytes.
