从外烁学习走向展示性教育教学的探究与启示

摘要 对人类个体成长、教育、学习的实质是外在诱启结果还是内在的展现过程的不同回答,不仅从实质上决定着从事学校教育教学活动的方向、动力、路径和效果,也决定着作为学习者的行为的目标、动力源泉和最终结果。本文以新的视角,转变传统理念,从个体萌芽、成长的规律来思考展示性教育教学。 The different answers to the essence of individual growth and development of human being,whether focusing on external environment or individual potentiality development,determine not only the fundamental goal,motivation,approaches and effectiveness,of teaching activities,but also the direction and goals of learning behavior,source of power and final results.In this paper,a new perspective about individual-potentiality-development learning will be discussed,transforming the traditional way of focusing on external environment to focusing on individual-potentiality-development learning.
