学习型社区建设现状的调查研究——以南京市为个案

学习型社区是以社区为依托,以社区终身教育为基础,有效整合社区资源,努力创设学习氛围,保证和满足社区成员基本学习权利和需求,从而促进社区成员全面发展,社区可持续发展的新型社区。文章通过对南京市学习型社区建设现状进行调查分析,指出南京学习型社区建设方面存在着一些问题,例如南京学习型社区建设整体情况不是很好;不同经济发展程度、主城区和城市周边社区、老城区和新城区的学习型社区建设上都存有差异,根据存在的问题提出了南京建设学习型社区的策略体系。

Learning community is a new type of community, which, using community as a platform, is based on life-long education. It effectively integrates the community resources and creates a learning environment to ensure the basic learning rights of the community members and meet their demands. In this way it can promote the comprehensive development of its members and become a sustainable community. Through investigating the current situation of learning community construction, this article presents some problems and points out that the general condition is not satisfactory and many differences still exist among different communities due to different economic development and different locations such as urban areas and suburbs, old towns and new towns. It also puts forward a strategic system for the construction of learning community concerning these problems.
