血管性痴呆相关成因的临床研究

Clinical Study on the Causes of Cerebrovascular Dementia

对经脑CT、实验室检查及临床表现证实为血管性痴呆的病例进行分析研究。结果发现：持续性高血压是最危险的因素，合并糖尿病者，可促使大动脉或微血管的粥样硬化，致使痴呆早发。大灶性病损发生于左侧，小灶性病损好发于基底节区，且其血管性痴呆发生率高。提示：皮层病灶、体积大的病灶，多复发性及多灶性脑梗死与痴呆关系密切。多发性脑梗死可引起和加速脑萎缩，而脑萎缩、脑室扩大的程度与血管性痴呆的严重程度呈线性关系。

The patients with cerebrovascular dementia diagnosed by CT, laboratory test and clinical manifestation were studied. It was found that consistant hypertension was the high risk factor. Diabetes which causes atheromatous scleroses could make the dementia earlier. Larger focus existed more frequently in the left side and smaller focus more frequently in basal ganglion which had a high occurrence of cerebrovascular dementia. It was concluded that larger cortical focus and multiple infarction were closely related with dementia, Multiple infarction might result in and accelerate brain atrophy, whereas ventrical enlargement and brain atrophy had a linear relationship with the severity of dementia.
