摘要
本文从理论上分析了用光谱法测量He-Ne管正柱区电子温度的方法。获得了根据所选择的谱线对的强度比,计算He-Ne管电子温度的表示式。
In this paper,the spectral method of measuring the electon tempetature in the positive column of He-Ne laser tube has done analysed in theoretically. Based on the intensity ratio of a pair of line which are selected carefully, the electron temperdture in He-Ne tube can be calculated.
