棉纱线中纤维头端的等效分布研究 被引量:3

摘要 对于短纤维纱线来讲,纱线的线密度不匀主要源于纤维沿纱线长度方向上的随机排列不匀,而纤维随机排列不匀可以用纤维的头端沿纱线长度方向上的分布来描述.在提出了广义均匀分布密度函数之后,使用纱线随机生成的方法,可以找到一个等效的纤维头端分布.检测2种纱线的CV值,通过反演的方法,得到了其纤维排列的等效分布.这个等效分布定量地描述了纤维头端的随机排列,为深入研究纤维随机排列和纱线不匀奠定了基础. For staple yarns,the yarn unevenness of its linear density mostly originates from the unevenness of fiber random alignment along the yarn length direction.After the generalized uniform distribution is defined,the equivalent distribution of fiber ends can be obtained from the yarn generation model in which the yarn can be simulated from the fiber alignment.For the tested 2 yarn irregularities,the equivalent distribution of fiber ends can be calculated from the simulation model through inversion method.The equivalent distribution of fiber ends describes the random alignment of fiber ends in yarn,and can be used in deeply investigating fiber random alignment and yarn irregularity.
