摘要
提高精梳机的速度是高产的重要途径,而速度的提高和机器的运动性能密切相关.通过对精梳机钳板机构运动来源的分析和计算,得出结论:曲柄半径尺寸变小时,钳板机构构件的惯性力矩和惯性力明显减少,振动减少,机构所消耗的功率也大大减少.
The important route of high production is to increase the comber's speed,and there is a close relation between the increase of speed and the movement performance of machine.Through the analysis of the movement of nipper mechanism and the calculation,conclusions are given as follows: decreasing the size of crank radius,the inertia torque and inertia force of component in nipper mechanism decrease evidently,and the power consumed by mechanism decreases greatly.
