摘要
目的探讨微酸性电解水与氧化电位水对物体表面的消毒效果。方法选取2010年8月医院微生物科和门诊大厅的台面共30组,每组均进行消毒前采样,氧化电位水和微酸性电解水喷雾消毒后采样,比较细菌杀灭率。结果微酸性电解水的平均杀灭率为99.02%,氧化电位水为93.76%;两组比较差异无统计学意义。结论微酸性电解水与氧化电位水消毒效果相当,但微酸性电解水更绿色环保,是一种适合医疗系统的理想消毒剂。
Objective To compare the sterilizing effects of slightly acidic electrolyzed water(SlAEW) and electrolyzed oxidizing water(EOW).Methods In August 2010,30 workbenches were selected randomly in Microbiology Department and outpatient hall in our hospital.Each workbench was divided into three areas for control and disinfection with SlAEW and EOW.The samples were picked before and after disinfection.The bacteria killing rates were compared.Results The average bacteria killing rate of SlAEW was 99.02%,versus 93.76% of EOW.There was no significant difference between them.Conclusion The sterilizing effect of SlAEW is equivalent to that of EOW.But the former is friendlier to human and environment.It is a kind of ideal disinfectant for the medical system.
