摘要
目的探讨嗓音病患者术后自我管理教育的临床效果。方法选择2009年1月—2010年6月收治的嗓音病患者80例,随机分为实验组42例和对照组38例。实验组进行自我管理教育,内容包括疾病知识、避免诱发因素、正确用嗓、用药及按时复诊等。对照组按常规方法进行指导。比较两组患者术后1个月治疗的依从性以及术前、术后1个月和3个月嗓音主客观评估指标。结果实验组术后1个月在避免诱发因素、正确用嗓、正确用药和按时复诊4项治疗依从性指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者术后嗓音恢复的效果明显好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自我管理教育能提高嗓音病患者术后治疗依从性,能有效提高嗓音病患者术后的自我管理能力,有助于促进嗓音的康复。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of self-management education in patients with voice disorders after surgery.Methods A total of 80 patients with voice disorders in our hospital from January 2009 to June 2010 were randomly divided into the experimental group(42 cases,receiving self-management education,including disease knowledge,avoiding the inducing factors,correct use of the voice and medicine,and revisit on time) and the control group(38 cases,receiving conventional methods).The treatment compliance of patients 1 month after surgery,as well as subjective and objective assessment of voice quality before surgery and 1 month and 3 months after surgery in the two groups was compared.Results The compliance indexes and voice rehabilitation in the experimental group were much better than those in the control group(P0.05) after surgery.Conclusion The self-management education to the patients with voice disorders after surgery can improve their treatment compliance,and promote their voice rehabilitation.
