摘要
实施健康体检中的人性化服务,应从树立人性化的服务理念、营造人性化的服务环境、制定人性化的服务流程、规范人性化的服务行为等方面入手,使受检者在完成体检的同时,享受到人性化的关怀和照顾。
This article discusses the implementation of the physical examination of the human services,should establish the concept of human services,and create a humane service environment,the development process of human services,human services,behavioral norms and other aspects of the subjects completed medical examination as well as enjoy the personalized care and attention.
