摘要
后现代主义思潮对我国学前教育的影响,不仅表现在学前教育课程改革上,而且表现在学前教师专业成长范式上,学前教育的现时和未来需要"实践反思性幼儿教师"。师范院校应该适应时代发展和现实需要,把培养"实践反思性幼儿教师"作为学前教育专科的人才培养目标。
The impact of postmodernism on our pre-school education,is not only in pre-school curriculum reform,but also in pre-school teacher professional development paradigm,pre-existing and future needs,"Reflective practice,early childhood teachers." So normal schools should adapt to the times and practical needs to develop "reflective practice kindergarten teachers" as the pre-specialist personnel training objectives.
