母子公司管控模式影响因素的实证研究

An Empirical Study on Factors Affecting Management and Control of Parent Company and Subsidiaries

本文根据国内外相关文献的研究和梳理,提出了母子公司管控模式影响因素的研究假设,并利用问卷调查进行了实证研究,通过逐步回归分析方法,验证了对母子公司管控模式具有显著影响的因素。研究结果显示,母公司管理水平,母子公司整合程度、环境因素、子公司被控股程度、子公司行业对母子公司管控模式的影响较为显著。

Based on the research done by domestic and international scholars,the paper proposes hypothesis factors affecting management and control of parent company and subsidiaries,and conducts an empirical study through questionnaires.Through stepwise regression analysis,the paper verifies the significant impact factors of management and control model of parent company and subsidiaries.The results show that parent company management level,degree of integration of Parent Company and Subsidiaries,environmental factors,the proportion of shares owned by parent company,subsidiary industries are significant factors.
