生产性物流服务业与制造业的互动研究——以安得物流与美的电器供应链的互动为例

Interaction Between Productive Logistics Services and Manufacturing Industries

本文基于供应链视角,深入分析了供应链中生产性物流服务企业和制造企业的互动机理。研究发现,两者的互动发展分别由内部因素的推动和外部因素的促进共同作用。制造企业的内部推动因素主要包括聚焦核心主业获取战略优势、提高专用资产利用率、保持供应链利益的持续稳定三个方面,并通过物流服务外包、设立物流公司两种方式刺激和推动生产性物流服务业的发展;生产性物流服务企业内部推动因素主要包括分享供应链利润、降低物流服务经营风险和实现规模效益三个方面,并通过物流服务创新和专用设备投资两种方式推动制造业的发展。两者互动发展的外部促进因素主要包括企业相容性,企业对称性和企业互补性三个方面。最后,以安得物流与美的电器供应链的互动为例,对该视角下两个产业的互动机理进行了佐证。

The interaction mechanism of Productive Logistics Service corporations and manufacture corporations is analyzed from the perspective of supply chain in this paper.Results show that their interaction is both motivated by inner and outer factors.Manufacture corporations＇ inner driving factors mostly include three aspects： focusing on core business and getting strategic advantages;improving special assets＇ using rate;keeping supply chain benefits steady.Two ways——Logistics outsourcing and setting up logistics corporations——are adopted to drive the development of productive logistics service business.Productive logistics service corporations＇ inner driving factors mainly include sharing supply chain benefits,decreasing logistics service management risk and realizing economies of scale.Logistics service innovation and special equipment investment are used to propel manufacturing industries＇ development.Their interaction＇s outer driving factors contain three aspects： corporation compatibility,symmetry and complementarity.Finally,interaction of Ande logistics and Midea electric appliance supply chain is taken as case study to supplementarily prove the interaction mechanism.
