摘要
和金生教授在知识管理研究过程中提出知识具有类生物属性,并提炼出知识发酵模型。为了更好地理解知识类生物属性、指导实践,首先,在知识类生物属性研究基础上,结合生物学理论对细胞与知识细胞之间关系进行解释;其次,基于细胞中生物基因"遗传"和"变异"的基本属性对知识基因进行了分析,更为生动地阐述了知识的"遗传"和"变异"过程;最后,确定了知识变异类型和影响知识变异的因素。
Biological properties of knowledge have been discovered and the knowledge ferment model has been proposed by Professor He in his study on knowledge management.Firstly,the relationship between cell and knowledge is interpreted based on the basis of knowledge biological theory;secondly,based on the basic attributes of cell gene,heredity and variation,knowledge genes are analyzed and the process of knowledge heredity and variation is more vividly described;lastly the type of knowledge variation and influencing factors are identified.
