Evaluation and Empirical Study on City Scientific and Technological Innovation Ability

城市是集知识创新、技术转移和产业集聚的重要社会组织形式,是国家创新能力孕育和发展的基本环境,科技创新能力正逐渐成为衡量城市经济是否具有竞争优势的关键性因素。运用因子分析方法,通过提取对城市科技创新能力影响较大、具有较高识别信息的定量指标,设计与构建城市科技创新能力评价指标体系,并对我国11个区域中心城市的科技创新能力进行实证分析,以确定城市创新能力的相对地位,分析城市间科技创新能力的差距,以期为我国制定城市创新发展战略提供信息支持和决策依据。

The city is an important social organization for knowledge innovation,technology transfer and industrial agglomeration,and an incubator for innovation.Scientific and technological innovation ability gradually becomes critical measure of competitive advantage of city economy.The paper designs and constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system of city Scientific and technological innovation ability by extracting quantify index.Then it empirically analyzes science and technology innovation ability of 11 cities to determine the relative position and analyze the differences in cities of science and technology innovation ability,and to provide support for formulating innovation development strategy.
