摘要
为观察治痫灵对癫痫的影响，采用红藻氨酸造模，随机将３０ 只实验性癫痫大鼠分为模型组、西药组、中药组。按Ｓｃｈｕｌｔｚ－Ｋｒｏｈｎ 的标准观察行为表现，并以湿狗样甩动作为主要指标，另以平均频率与波幅作为脑电指标。结果显示治痫灵中药组与模型组、丙戊酸钠西药组相比，癫痫发作潜伏时延长，湿狗样甩动的次数减少，脑电频率变化不大、波幅增高不显著，这些差异均有统计学意义，提示治痫灵有显著的抗痫作用，其机理可能是抑制钙离子内流，改善脑循环。
experimental epileptic rats modeled by kainic acid were randomly divided into three groups.The wet dog swinging(WDS)behavior was observed and regarded as main index according to the Schultz-krohn standard.Also,the average frequency and wave amplitude were regarded as the main indexes of EEG.The results showed with statistical significance that Zhixianling prolonged the seizure potential period,decreased the times of WDS and had little effect on both frequency and wave amplitude in comparison to the model group and the group treated with Sodium Valproate.It suggested that Zhixianling had obvious antiepileptic function and inhibiting the intraflowing of Ca ++ and improving cerebral circulation probably was the mechamism.
