对外贸易与高学历劳动力流动问题研究——基于Spence信号显示模型的经验分析

Researches on the Foreign Trade and Highly Educated Labor Mobilization:Empirical Analysis Based on the Spence Signal Release Model

研究对外贸易与高学历劳动力流动方向与规模的关系,应用扩展的文凭信号显示模型,构建了一个包含对外贸易、学历和高学历劳动力流动在内的研究框架。在此基础上利用中国2000—2009年行业面板数据,进行实证分析。经验证据表明,出口和进口的增加都会带来行业高学历劳动力比重的上升,行业越开放,其吸引高学历劳动力流动的能力也越强。但是相比出口而言,进口对高学历劳动力流动的边际影响更大。因此,重视进口高技术产品,有利于促进高学历劳动力向重点发展行业流动,从而推动行业和整体经济的发展。

We discuss the relationship between the flow direction and scale of highly educated labor force and foreign trade.By using the extended diploma signal release model,we sets up a framework containing foreign trade,diploma and highly educated labor mobility.On this basis,using Chinese 2000—2009 panel data,we go an empirical analysis.Empirical evidence shows that the increase of export and import trade will bring the rising in the proportion of highly educated labor force.Compared with exports,imports have the greater marginal impact to the proportion.Therefore,we pay more attention to import high-tech products,and it will promote highly educated labor force to flow in the important sections.Then it can develop the whole economy.
