珠三角城市综合竞争力双层次因素分析与聚类评估

Two-level Factor Analysis and Cluster Measurement on the Competitiveness Level of Zhujiang River Delta

采用最新权威统计数据,从人力资源、经济发展、社会发展、财政金融、知识经济、基础设施、生态环境、对外开放竞争力等八个子系统层构建全方位、多角度、动静结合的多指标评价体系,采用双层次因素分析法对珠三角城市群9个城市综合竞争力进行了分类测度和逐项竞争力排序;结合城市综合竞争力得分,对城市群进行了Q型系统聚类分析,将珠三角城市群按照综合竞争力强弱情况分为四类,在分析各城市优劣势的基础上提出珠三角城市群整体发展目标及政策建议。

Using the latest authoritative statistics,this paper deals with the construction of evaluation index system for the competitiveness of Zhujiang River delta from the angle of eight aspects,i.e.human resources,economic development,social development,Finance,knowledge-based economy,infrastructure,ecological environment and opening up the competitiveness in addition to the measurement,sorting and classification of the competitiveness in 9 cities among the Zhujiang River Delta by means of factor and Q-cluster analysis.Based on exploring the advantages and disadvantages for different cities,it also puts out some specific development goals and policy recommendations based on the analysis.
